tea party

i took bug to the mall for our weekly date night and we hung out in pottery barn kids for a while. here she is having a tea party :)

she sleeps in shoes

so the bug loves shoes and clothes! so much so that she even likes to sleep in them. she has this thing for the garanimals clothing at walmart bc the tags all have a different animal on them. so in the photos below the orange shirt is not just an orange shirt it is the tiger shirt. the pants arent black pants they are her koala pants. the green outfit is all zebra. the girl will wake up in the morning still half asleep and slur "i wan zebra pants hippo shirt". she also LOVES her shoes. she goes to sleep in them every night. if i take them off of her and she is awake enough to notice ~ meltdown city :) you will notice in picture number 4 she is asleep with her new backpack on!

one day, a while ago, when we were at the store i saw a little girl in her princess dress. it tickled me bc i thought it was so cute that she had her own thoughts about wanting to wear that out to the store. i said to that mom and to my bug that i couldnt wait for the day for bug to have her own opinion about what she wants to wear :) well i sure did get what i asked for. and these pictures only represent the last of the 3-5 outfits she puts on after we get home from school :)

these two are buddies :) i love that my dad loves my baby so much! they both had a blast playing in the water with the basketballs! so cute! the 1st one is my favorite!!

snow white prom

this picture is of my bug and my friend kf's little man. he and mags have been friends since he was 3 months old and m was born :) they are buddies! today they even shared their love for snow white!! check out little mans hat and camo pants along with his snow white garb. LOVE IT!!

water baby again?

i sure hope these pics are a preview of a corner we may have turned. bug has been ANTI anything water for, oh, about a month! she wont bathe, freaks out if her shoes get wet from the grass in the morning, doesnt like to wash her hands, "wash dishes", go figure? if you read this blog regularly you know she LOVES water!! just take a look at the huge picture that is my blog header :)

anyway, today we went to our neighbors house and played in their little pool. she had a blast. i guess a little diego makes any girl feel better :)

so this is such a great example of life with a 2 yr old. my previous post was her freaking out on the swing. this post is of her having a blast swinging upside down!

being 2

bug sure is good at being 2. here she is on the swing ~ her favorite activity. who knows why she is mad. her shoe is dirty, she wants to go SO HIGH, she wants a new shirt since these dora pjs she had to have on a few minutes earlier are NOT her zebra pants. i love it. you never know what you are gonna get. she keeps me on my toes.
